Industry Experience
I began in the industry in 1995 and have worked in both fully-funded and self-funded account management for large national retailer accounts with unique and specialized programs, most recently, to small employer plans, and everything in between with TPAs. I began my career in Customer Care, moved to provider relations, appeals and marketing throughout the last 28 years. I was a broker/consultant for 7 years, as well, at a small agency in Little Rock, AR.
Education Background
BS in Journalism from the University of Central Arkansas, with a minor in Sociology
