Joining Consociate in 2026, Stephanie brings extensive coding, claims processing, data entry and customer service expertise to her role as an Account Manager.
Prior to this, Stephanie spent nearly a decade honing her skills as a Claims Subject Matter Expert and ultimately a Claims Manager where she was directly responsible for the team that managed a large captive group with over 35,000 lives. During this time she was the direct claims contact for many of the clients, the Account Executive team and the captive manager assisting with complex claims situations, reporting and other performance critical activities.
