Stacey lives in Texas, just north of Houston, with her sweet fur baby, `a pit bull foster fail. All her favorite things involve family (that is everything to her) and friends. The adventure side of her usually involves exploring new flavors as a foodie or dreaming about my next travel adventure (though I never seem to travel as much as I’d like!). Life for her is all about connection, experiences, and making the most of every day.
Industry Experience
Stacey brings over 35 years of experience in the TPA industry, having worked across nearly every facet of Operations—including Eligibility, Claims, Customer Service, COBRA, Implementation, and Investigative/Research—before finding her true passion in Account Management. Her deep expertise spans managing self-funded group health programs for private, public, and religious organizations, as well as fully insured health plans offered through the federal marketplace.
As Vice President of Account Management, Stacey leads her team with an unwavering commitment to excellence. She partners with clients and broker partners to design benefit programs that align with organizational goals, while prioritizing member education to ensure individuals can confidently navigate their benefits. Her approach removes barriers to care and enhances the overall member experience.
Additionally, Stacey actively contributes to advancing the self-funded industry serving as Vice Chairman of the Society of Professional Benefit Administrators (SPBA) and President of the Board of Directors for the Texas Association of Benefit Administrators (TABA). In these leadership positions, she champions best practices, collaborates with enforcement agencies on regulatory updates, and drives initiatives focused on compliance, advocacy, and ongoing training.
