I have a broad in-depth knowledge of the self-funded (TPA) industry with 35+ years’ experience. My background includes developing training programs, policy and procedures, benefit plan designs, pharmacy integration, project management, identifying, developing, and implanting improvement processes and network contracts. The majority of my experience is within Benefit Programming for medical, dental, vision and HRA plans to assure accurate claims payment and auto adjudication.
